When i can find Anhithe ingame?

I will be meeting up with Anhithe to get the item and PED prizes so I can distribute them, unless he hops in game to do that before we can meet up. This will most likely be the practice going forward so that there's no delay.

This was the first time we had so many events ending at the same time. We will be better prepared next time because there will be more occasions like this.
