I know i just obtained this apartment but since i do not frequent monria as much as i should i would like the apartment to go to someone who has more use for it and lives on monria.
i would like 1500 ped for it or trade for peds+Calypso apartment (dependant on location)
apartment has an amazing view, one of the best ive ever seen ingame.
